Principal Investigator
Dr. Christian Euler received his PhD in ‘22 from the University of Toronto in the fields of Metabolic Engineering and Systems Biology. His focus was on constraint-based modelling and understanding small-molecule regulation of metabolism. During this time, he also co-founded Phycus Biotechnologies (linked), a fermentation company that supplies green ingredients to the cosmetic industry.
Christian has been involved in building out biomanufacturing facilities from the design phase through to commissioning and beyond, and he remains well-connected to the growing biomanufacturing industry in Canada.
